Patients should understand their financial responsibilities before treatment begins. We make the billing process straightforward by explaining your payment options and helping you navigate insurance benefits.
Before your procedure, we'll provide an estimate of your expected out-of-pocket costs based on the information available from your insurance provider. While we cannot guarantee coverage, we strive to help you make informed financial decisions before treatment.
Payment & Financing Options
Payment is due at the time services are provided. For your convenience, we accept:

- Personal checks
- Visa
- Mastercard
- Discover
- American Express
- CareCredit® financing
- Sunbit® financing
If you have dental insurance, we'll gladly file your claim as a courtesy. We'll also estimate the portion your insurance may cover, although final payment is determined by your insurance carrier.
Any remaining balance after insurance processes your claim is the responsibility of the patient or guarantor.
Insurance Information
Our practice is currently in-network with Delta Dental. We also accept patients with many other insurance plans; however, we are considered out-of-network with those providers.
For patients with Blue Cross Blue Shield, we're happy to submit your claim on your behalf. Because we're out of network, payment is due at the time of service, and any reimbursement will be sent directly to you by your insurance company.
If your dental insurance requires medical insurance to be billed first, payment in full is due on the day of treatment. We will submit the necessary documentation so your dental carrier can reimburse you directly when applicable.
Medicare
Dr. Murray has opted out of Medicare and does not participate in Medicare or Medicaid. Because Medicare generally does not provide benefits for most oral surgery procedures such as tooth extractions, patients with Medicare will be asked to complete the required documentation before treatment.
